Executive Director of Site Network Development and Growth

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the development and management of our clinical research network. This individual will play a pivotal role in advancing our patient-enrollment and late-stage clinical trial capabilities by establishing a robust network of investigator and patient sites.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical trial management, site selection, and network expansion, with strong industry relationships and strategic insight into regulatory and operational requirements. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and expanding our network of wholly owned investigator sites to support patient trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Network Development and Management: Design, implement, and expand a network of wholly owned investigator sites to support patient trials across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Operational Excellence and Oversight: Collaborate with clinical operations and trial management teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient trial execution across sites.
- Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with investigators, site staff, and clinical research professionals.
- Strategy and Continuous Improvement: Develop a strategic roadmap for network expansion and improvement to support future patient enrollment and late-phase trials.
In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build lasting relationships with investigators and site teams.
This is a competitive base salary + restricted stock units package opportunity, commensurate with experience and qualifications, estimated to be around $180,000-$220,000 per year, based on market standards and location.
