We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our team as an Anti-Human Trafficking Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily client operations, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
- Client Operations: Lead daily client operations, including triage, intake, screening, and assessments, as well as provide intervention, crisis support, and advocacy.
- Coordination: Provide coordination of services onsite, virtual, and within the community, building collaborative partnerships with agencies and other partners to address gaps and provide service.
- Supervision: Supervise and lead employees in implementing program goals and objectives, as well as professional development.
- Communications: Support Client Navigators and Female Mobile Support Team, collect and report data, outcomes, community stories, and other relevant information while maintaining current and up-to-date electronic files.
- Administration: Prepare written communication, compile statistical information, prepare monthly reports, maintain detailed documentation, record keeping, progress notes, and care path plans.
- Community Involvement: Represent The Pod Group positively and professionally in the community by participating and collaborating with community partners on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, community college diploma, or related human service field diploma.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge: Knowledge about human trafficking, gender-based violence, experience working with victims and survivors of human trafficking, and trauma.
- Certifications: Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Records check, valid CPI/UMAB, and First Aid/CPR certifications.
- Vaccinations: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
