About the Role
The Human Capital Department is seeking a talented Personal Lines Manager to lead our insurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in their career and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
- Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
