As a Planning Vice President, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth and success within our organization. We are seeking an exceptional leader who can bring expertise and vision to this position.

Job Description

**Overview:** Our organization is dedicated to delivering excellence in public service. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to achieving our goals by providing strategic leadership and guidance.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Authorize and establish major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and drive results-oriented decision-making.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.

**Supervision:** You will oversee a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.

**Experience and Specialization:** A strong understanding of computer and technology applications, including MS Office and MS Windows, is essential for this role.
