Customer Service Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at DEMAN GROUP INC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workers and projects: Provide guidance and oversight to ensure successful project execution.
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities: Plan and organize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Oversee apprenticeship training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Set up machines and equipment: Ensure proper installation and maintenance of equipment.
- Estimate costs and materials: Conduct financial analysis to optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed: Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
- Recommend personnel actions: Provide guidance on employee performance and development.
- Read blueprints and drawings: Interpret technical documents to inform decision-making.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies: Procure necessary resources to support operations.
- Leading/instructing individuals: Develop and implement leadership programs to enhance employee skills.
Requirements:
- 3-4 people: Supervise a small team of employees.
- 5-10 people: Lead a larger team of employees.
- 5 years or more: Possess extensive experience in customer service or a related field.
- Support for persons with disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
- Support for newcomers and refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
- Support for youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
- Support for Indigenous people: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
