The successful candidate will have a non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in customer service management. The salary for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 and $90,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties effectively.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Authorize returns of merchandise and manage cash transactions.
  • Establish work schedules and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve employee performance.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support the settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
  • Facilitate social and labour market integration by providing access to community resources, language training, and skills development programs.
  • Mentor newcomers and refugees through pairings with experienced employees.
