Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at Param Industries.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing customer service operations and ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, resolving work problems, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Key responsibilities include performing same duties as workers supervised, maintaining operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • In addition, the Customer Service Operations Manager will sell drafts, money orders, and foreign currency, process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, and process received information required to open accounts and savings plans and purchasing bonds.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience working in a similar role, is essential.
  • The Customer Service Operations Manager will be responsible for answering enquiries and resolving problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accounts, while also maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, marketing)
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or operations management role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience working with computer systems and equipment
