Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Integro Softwares Inc. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of software and hardware issues
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
