Job Title: Spa Receptionist - Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Samya Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and canceling as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, waiting area, and surrounding spaces.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive client experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
