About the Role

The Scheduling Manager will play a vital role in leading and managing a team of schedulers to ensure efficient and effective scheduling of field service technicians. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement in the scheduling process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of schedulers to optimize resource utilization and meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate installations, equipment revenue, and delivery schedules to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to confirm and allocate inventory as required.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive with excellent planning capabilities.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
