We are seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to join Korri Shefa's team. This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position.

About the Role

As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and scheduling appointments. You will also use your skills in marketing and sales to promote our products or services. Additionally, you will perform personal and business errands for employers, maintain filing systems, and invoice clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview, hire, and train staff members.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Use marketing strategies and tactics to promote our products or services.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining confidential medical files.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. Additionally, you should be proficient in MS Office, MS Access, and other software applications relevant to the role.

What We Offer
