About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ricky's All Day Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute events, such as weddings and corporate functions, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Technology and Systems: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows to manage daily operations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and electronic cash registers.
