Lead Kitchen Manager for Haveli Restaurant

Haveli Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Manager to oversee the culinary operations of our establishment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can demonstrate leadership skills, manage kitchen staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Job SummaryThe Lead Kitchen Manager will be responsible for planning menus, managing inventory, supervising cooking staff, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Supervise and train cooks on new recipes, cooking techniques, and equipment usage
- Conduct inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety protocols, and inventory management
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
