Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Construction Estimator and Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for the preparation of compliant and comprehensive construction estimates, proposal submissions, and documentation related to various types of major nuclear construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development of construction cost estimates, oversee a team of estimators, prepare a preliminary execution plan, generate a project risk register, and establish a preliminary P6 project schedule.
  • Produce detailed cost estimates and proposals that align with overall business objectives and financial requirements.
  • Collaborate with a team of construction estimators and support personnel to produce required proposal deliverables.
  • Review and comment on customer RFP documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the nuclear and/or industrial construction industry.
  • Strong estimating background on large capital or industrial construction projects.
  • Project Management experience and/or field experience on large construction projects.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills – oral and written.
  • P. CET, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, Primavera P6, and/or construction estimating software.
