About Our Client

Michael Page is a leading professional recruitment agency, and we are partnering with a prominent construction company to find an exceptional Senior Project Manager. This strategic role will see you oversee high-rise residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through close-out.

This is a leadership position where you'll manage project timelines, budgets, safety protocols, and team performance. You will be based out of Michael Page's office but work closely with on-site teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description
  • Lead and manage high-rise residential or commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Oversee on-site safety compliance, coordinating with site supervisors and enforcing all health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and sub-trades to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including assistant project managers and site supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders, detailing progress, budget updates, and any key issues that require attention.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to minimize project delays and ensure smooth execution.
The Successful Applicant

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced project manager with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP, Gold Seal Certification, or similar designation preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-rise or multi-story residential/commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and team dynamics in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
