About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other communication channels in a professional manner, relaying messages and information as necessary.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently.
What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
