About the RoleThis is a rotational position that requires flexibility, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and ensuring the effective operation of our client's site by utilizing onsite computer software and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and ensure the smooth execution of daily tasks and procedures.
- Maintain protection systems for fire, theft, and other disasters.
- Patrol the site, write professional reports, and maintain a professional and pleasant attitude for clients, staff, and visitors.
- 1-3 years of experience in personnel management in a unionized environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English an asset).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as the ability to quickly learn dedicated site security programs.
- A valid security guard license and first aid card.
- Availability to work flexible hours.
- A clean criminal record.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
