Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to eating disorders, working closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination. Your expertise in waitlist management, triage, and data analysis will be invaluable in driving program success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures related to eating disorders
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination
  • Analyze data to drive program improvement and optimize resource allocation
  • Represent the department in external partnerships and community initiatives
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling
  • Experience with waitlist management and triage
  • Strong knowledge of Child and Family Services Act III and Mental Health Act
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
