Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Kingston. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales success, leading a dynamic team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Engage customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve their skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
