Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Engage customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Manage inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
We offer an estimated annual salary of $60,000-$80,000 based on location and experience.
