Production Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at Greenstone Countertops Inc. This role will oversee the daily activities of our production department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Train and supervise a team of production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Coordinate and schedule production activities, including setting up machines and equipment, and monitoring work progress.
- Implement health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor and report on production costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing strategies to reduce expenses.
The ideal candidate will have 1-6 months of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They must be able to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
