Role Summary
This Supervisory position plays a critical role in driving the success of our stores. As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of retail staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing retail team, focusing on excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective visual merchandising strategies and managing inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with donors, community groups, and local partners to drive business growth and improve brand reputation.

- Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
