We are currently seeking a highly skilled Accounting Administrator to join our team.
">Salary Information
">The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $18.75-$21.50 per hour, based on their experience and qualifications.
This includes opportunities for commission pay and overtime pay.
In addition, the company offers attractive benefits, including on-site parking and the possibility of working from home after a probationary period.
">Job Description
">As an Accounting Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support and customer service to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- Greeting and assisting visitors in the office, directing them to the appropriate personnel while adhering to COVID-19 precautions.">
- Handling incoming phone calls, directing where appropriate.">
- Responding to all emails and voicemails within 24 hours.">
- Setting up, organizing, and maintaining client files.">
- Reviewing information received and identifying inaccuracies or missing information.">
- Receiving and sending out mail, coordinating with couriers and administrators.">
- Maintaining high levels of confidentiality and privacy.">
- Assisting with copying, faxing, and scanning projects as required.">
- Preparing and maintaining both financial and administrative documentation and records.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A post-secondary diploma in business administration or equivalent work experience.">
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative position.">
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks accounting software.">
- Proficient in English and Punjabi.">

Schedule and Location
">This is a full-time, permanent position, with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule and some weekend availability required during tax season.
