Responsibilities

Allocate Resources Effectively

As Chief Operations and Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. This includes authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

Coordinate Regional Activities

You will co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, ensuring that all activities align with the organization's objectives. Your role will also involve establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.

Represent the Organization

As a key member of our team, you will represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, delegating representatives as needed. You will also select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.

Financial Management

Your responsibilities will include preparing, presenting, and managing budgets, as well as developing risk management plans to ensure the organization's financial stability.

Computer and Technology Skills

You possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Access and MS Office.

Personal Qualities

Able to demonstrate attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar position. Your expertise in finance, operations, and strategic planning will enable you to drive results-oriented initiatives and achieve exceptional outcomes.
