Financial Records Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Records Coordinator to join our team at Alert Guard Security. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and a strong attention to detail. If you are reliable, efficient, and possess excellent written communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. You will be working closely with our accounting team to maintain general ledgers and financial statements, prepare trial balance of books, and post journal entries. Your ability to meet tight deadlines and work accurately under pressure will be essential in this role.
