Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Business Manager to join our team at Accurate Financial Solutions.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing daily tasks, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing supplies, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Client Support: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing, reconciliations, and budgeting, to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Environment

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
