- Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, and hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, client focus, and judgement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
