Nail Salon Operations Manager

Tomorrow Nail is seeking an experienced Nail Salon Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day salon operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of nail technicians to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any complaints or issues promptly
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
