Nail Salon Manager Job Description

At Tomorrow Nail, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Manager to lead our team of nail technicians and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in salon operations, staff management, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and marketing strategies.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, promoting the salon and attracting new customers.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
