Nail Salon Manager Job Description

At Tomorrow Nail, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Manager to lead our team of nail technicians and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player qualities.
