We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager II to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a medium to large-sized branch, overseeing a team of service and advice colleagues, and driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of service and advice colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Oversee branch operations, including customer service, sales, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a leadership or management role.
- Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course and/or equivalent certification.
- IFIC or CSC certification.
