Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of service and advice colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Manage branch operations, including customer service, sales, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course and/or IFIC or CSC certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
