We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Tidol Corporation.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Reviewing and evaluating existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Establishing work priorities and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Coordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Performing data entry and training staff as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Experience with database software and Adobe Photoshop is an asset
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as bonus opportunities and free parking.
