Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Reviewing and evaluating existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Performing data entry and training staff as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Experience with database software and Adobe Photoshop is an asset
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as bonus opportunities and free parking.
