Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle, including onboarding, new hire orientation, offer letters, and more.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries, utilizing internal resources to find answers and provide follow-ups.
  • Deliver full recruitment services, including job postings, sourcing, attending career fairs, and prescreen/interviews.
  • Oversee the portfolio's co-op program and build external relationships to source top talent.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business.
  • Maintain accurate employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro).

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
