Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at the Greater Essex County District School Board.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and intervening with communication disorders in students. This will involve working collaboratively with school personnel and members of inter-disciplinary teams to provide professional supervision and in-service training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop intervention plans for students with communication disorders
- Provide professional supervision to Communicative Disorders Assistant(s)
- Deliver in-service training on topics related to communication development and disorders
- Collaborate with school personnel and inter-disciplinary teams to support student learning
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and registration with or working towards registration with C.A.S.L.P.O.
- Previous work experience with school-age children would be an asset
