Join Our Team as a Youth Support Specialist

Ranch Ehrlo Society is seeking two enthusiastic, motivated, and cheerful individuals to become part of our team as Youth Support Specialists. In this role, you will provide essential care and assistance to vulnerable individuals facing complex challenges, including behavioral issues, developmental disabilities, mental health concerns, and other related difficulties.

As a Youth Support Specialist, you will be actively involved and fully engaged in all aspects of the group living experience for children, youth, and/or adults. Your role will encompass providing care, support, and positive role modeling. You will strive to create a safe, nurturing, predictable, and structured environment for the participants. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of the participants' treatment plans while addressing their emotional and physical needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of one year of experience working with children, youth, and/or adults facing behavioral, cognitive, mental health, and/or developmental challenges. Completion of a high school diploma; a certificate, diploma, or degree in child and youth care (CYC) or a related field is advantageous. A current criminal record background check that complies with policy guidelines. A valid class 5 novice 2 or higher driver's license, eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy. Certification in First Aid and CPR "C".
