Job Summary

Health Careers in Saskatchewan is seeking a skilled Reception and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Registration and Information Services department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Respond to codes and alarms, and provide information to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Provide reception, registration, admission, discharge, and clerical services to patients and visitors.
Requirements
  • Medical Administrative Assistant diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills and keyboarding abilities.
Competencies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Working Conditions
  • No guaranteed hours of work.
