Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized service, making product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting products.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to company policies, and supporting colleagues.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store and optimal inventory levels.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
