The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Distribution Centre Associate to join our team at Aritzia. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately receive and process shipments arriving at the distribution centre
  • Pick, pack, and ship products to our customers with precision and efficiency
  • Move inventory within the distribution centre with ease and accuracy
  • Adhere to industry-leading safety standards and health best practices
The Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • Certification to operate Machine Handled Equipment, including reach trucks and order pickers
  • Determination and good judgment to deliver reliable results
  • Desire to thrive on a high-performance team
  • Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's values and standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to stand or walk up to 8-hours per shift
  • Ability to work in an environment reliant on visual and auditory safety cues
The Logistics

Essential logistical details include:

  • We operate a morning shift from 6am – 2pm, an afternoon shift from 2 – 10pm, and a night shift from 10pm – 6am (all on select days)
  • Seasonal Associates must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week and during peak periods are encouraged to increase their availability to 5 shifts per week
  • Open availability is preferred, with a particular need for afternoons and weekends
