Office Operations Coordinator

Gillz Truck and Trailer Sales Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and daily operations. If you have experience in administration and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Coordination and Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Administrative Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, open and distribute mail, and perform data entry.
- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and oversee the preparation of reports.
- Recruitment and Training: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, train staff, and establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service, consult with clients after sale, and answer electronic enquiries.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
