This role will report to the Director, Operations Equipment in Toronto and will be responsible for leading the innovation, development, support, and life cycle management of our restaurant beverage kitchen equipment.", "Key Responsibilities": ["Category Management", "Responsible for managing a portfolio of equipment solutions within the beverage equipment category.", "Identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and in-restaurant execution of current equipment.", "Manages research and development to support new product offerings or business requirements.", "Project Management", "Responsible for managing multiple projects that support the brands goals and product pipeline.", "Coordinates projects cross functionally, to ensure awareness and support from key stakeholders is obtained, and timelines are met.", "Testing, & Validation Routines", "Conducts detailed lab testing to evaluate performance of potential new equipment, and measures performance and on opportunities of existing equipment.", "Executes and supports in-restaurant test markets, gathering feedback, conducting analysis and launch recommendations though observations and data.", "Communication of plans, updates, and results to all levels of the organization.", "Implementation & Support", "Responsible for supporting restaurants with high quality resources, procedures, and training assets.", "Provides excellent support for restaurants and field teams by problem solving and troubleshooting as required.", "Facilitates the development and deployment of menu changes and software upgrades as required.", "Requirements": ["3+ years of experience in kitchen equipment, mechanical engineering, or operations.", "Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business preferred).", "2 - 4 years of prior work experience with project management and planning.", "Strong in PowerPoint and presentation creation abilities.", "Ability to analyze and interpret data using spreadsheets, data visualization software, etc.", "Project related travel (0-25%), primarily in continental US & Canada with occasional travel outside North America."]}
