Position: Senior Director, Operations Equipment and InnovationThe Senior Director, Operations Equipment and Innovation leads the Tim Hortons Operations Equipment team in driving innovation and renovation of our restaurant equipment. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, with a focus on improving restaurant-level processes and equipment solutions that enhance franchisee profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and optimize back-of-house operations to improve efficiency, broaden our scope of offerings, and minimize maintenance requirements.
- Digitize restaurant processes to enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Collaborate with vendors on RFP processes and oversee product and project management.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in equipment or operations in the food service industry, with QSR experience preferred.
- Prior experience managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work out of the Toronto, Ontario office on a hybrid basis.
