The Role

The Sr. Director, Operations Equipment leads the Tim Hortons Operations Equipment team, driving innovation and renovation of restaurant equipment. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional processes and equipment solutions that reduce complexity and improve franchisee profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize back-of-house operations to improve efficiencies, broaden offerings, and minimize maintenance.
  • Collaborate with vendors on RFP processes.
  • Oversee product and project management.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in equipment or operations in the food service industry, QSR experience preferred.
  • Prior experience managing large-scale projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for project-related purposes.
