About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as an Outbound Contact Centre Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
