OXARO Inc. is a fast-growing consulting firm in Ottawa, seeking outgoing and driven individuals to join their team in a dynamic, inclusive work environment.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, providing professional support, and guiding individuals through various contract-dependant processes.
Requirements include a High School education, 1-3 years of customer service experience, bilingualism in English and French, and flexibility to work shifts between 7am-8pm Monday to Friday.
Assets include post-secondary education, punctuality, emotional intelligence, flexibility, and computer proficiency.
As a Bilingual Contact Centre Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound inquiries from persons
- Providing professional and empathetic support to persons and guiding them through various contract-dependant processes
- Understanding and conveying information about our programs and contracts
- Demonstrating the ability to meet key performance indicators and follow established communication procedures and policies
- Basic data entry functions for certain contracts
What we're looking for:
- A High School education or acceptable equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service experience or "people-skills" equivalent
- Hold a valid Reliability clearance or be eligible to obtain one with our assistance
- Bilingualism in English and French
- Flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 7am-8pm Monday to Friday
