Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our executive team, you will drive enhanced decision-making and contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
- Develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Review and approve financial requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform month-end close process, analyzing actual results versus budgets and forecasts, and providing insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheet analysis and explanations for external auditors.
- Lead and facilitate monthly financial review meetings with business partners, including executive management.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices and standardized procedures for financial planning and analysis.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a high-tech public company, with a strong background in finance and accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines, with a high degree of sensitivity and discretion when working with confidential information.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, with intermediate to advanced level Excel skills and experience with Oracle R12, Hyperion, Workforce Planning, and Tableau.
