Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts for new and existing business lines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather key inputs and research for financial modeling, driving business cases to evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and enterprise decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial analysis and insights to senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct industry and competitive research to develop sound assumptions that support financial models, driving informed decision-making and business growth.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, leveraging advanced Excel skills and experience.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and management reporting.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • CPA and/or CFA designation, with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in FP&A or forecasting, including at least 2 years at a leadership level.
  • Exceptional Excel skills, with experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Google Slide skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to translate complex business initiatives into quantitative models, with a strong problem-solving approach.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a collaborative mindset, able to build relationships and consensus across the organization.
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPBCS and the financial/investment industry is an asset.
