Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving enhanced decision-making, developing and managing the budgeting and forecasting process, and leading monthly financial review meetings with business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior executives to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Review and approve financial requests, including purchase requisitions and headcount requests.
  • Perform month-end close process to analyze actual results versus budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare financial statements and provide detailed explanations for external auditors.
  • Lead monthly financial review meetings with business partners, including executive management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures for financial planning and analysis.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a high-tech public company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced level Excel skills.
  • Oracle R12, Hyperion, Workforce Planning, Tableau experience is ideal.
