Mitel is on the lookout for a skilled professional to become a vital part of their Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis division. This position entails delivering financial oversight and assistance to the People & Culture department, alongside playing a key role in management reporting, budget formulation, and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Compile quarterly reports for the Board and lending institutions.
  • Serve as a Finance Business Partner for the People & Culture division.
  • Manage reporting and forecasting for special charges.
  • Facilitate the budget and forecasting processes.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A is essential.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is required.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Ability to navigate complex financial models is crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing capabilities are needed.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines is expected.
