Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

As a key member of our Corporate FP&A team, the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts for new and existing business lines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather key inputs and research for financial modeling, driving business cases to evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and enterprise decisions.
- Prepare and present financial analysis and insights to senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct industry and competitive research to develop sound assumptions that support financial models, driving informed decision-making and business growth.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, leveraging advanced Excel skills and experience.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and management reporting.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
- CPA and/or CFA designation, with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in FP&A or forecasting, including at least 2 years at a leadership level.
- Exceptional Excel skills, with experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Google Slide skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to translate complex business initiatives into quantitative models, with a strong problem-solving approach.
- Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a collaborative mindset, able to build relationships and consensus across the organization.
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPBCS and the financial/investment industry is an asset.
